Program Descriptions

One On One Run Sessions

This session is an in-person “run date”. We will meet to go over your run goal for the day, warm up, stretch, pacing, techniques, and much more, ensuring you make the most of your run. We will assess your progress and discuss what to work on while on your own and before the next one on one session.

Depending on the location and distance you may want water and fuel. Summer months, best to schedule early morning and evenings. Remember sunscreen all year round.

Price based on distance, pace, and goal.

Pay per session.

One Hour + Consultation

Overall run assessment (first date): We will review your run history, race history, establish time trial pacing, set realistic pace goals, running form overview, stretch session, and some running extras, (shoes, clothes fuel) and a plan and review to be emailed you post run.

$150 (1 hour to 1.5 hours)

4 / 8 / 16 Week Training Program

Weekly run plans broken down daily, including crosstraining, stretching and rest day, based on your target goal and current pace. Good for those who like to follow a calendar and weekly email check in and motivation.

$100 – $175 and $50/week thereafter

6 Month Training Program

Beginner – to maintain a healthy weight and beginner marathon and triathlete programs

Group Run Consultation

Starting location determined on what’s best for the group, ocean or bay, hills or flats. We’ll go over your daily run goals and set a pace and distance to get you there. Group stretch and run recap to end session.

$50 for 2 people | $35 for 3 people | $25 for 4 | Groups over 10 – $10/person

5K Training Program

All personally designed online distance programs come with a calendar with days of training personalized to your busy lifestyle. Best if after a one on one consultation and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Facilitate group runs and coaching

So much fun, surf, sand, seals, bays…. in running shoes – based on distance, pace, and number of people. Great for companies, retreats, and visitors to the area.

Personalized tours range in cost from $70-150, depending on mileage (with discounts for additional runners), and include: A guided run with an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide, Digital photo(s) from the run, Pace and split information, Customizable routes, Flexible start and finish locations.
